I imagine in his default form he's literally a glowing golden Alchemical, from the Theion To-tainted orichalcum. I don't know if you gave him the shapeshifting charm at all, and/or if that would affect the glow at all. Probably more well-dressed to impress than to fight, given his general role.

• Vitriolic wants to change the mortal population the same way the Deliberative has the Gunstar. It's the least they can do for the Great Maker, after all. Ultimately I feel like there's just a misunderstanding with the party at first and not really wanting to engage them in any sort of fatal combat until they spare Jana, in which case he sees them not as hopeful allies but part of the problem.

• Abyssals - Hm, these guys are interesting. Perhaps they can be allies against the Titanics and Primordials, and help bring a golden age to the Gunstar.
• Titanics - Fuck 'em all.

Specific Inidividuals

• Eye and Seven Triumphs - An unlikely ally. Provides essential services in implementing his goals in any meaningful way quickly. Kinda uncomfortable to be around, though.
• Other Apostates - Tools to be used. In general a bit uncomfortable with them and the blightborn and such, though a part deep inside is impressed by their commitment.
• The Party - The poor fools just don't understand this is for the greater good, many heroes are misunderstood in their time and he is no different. Wait they're accepting the help of a Titanic? DIE IN A FIRE
